FDA Status and Evidence Only

These substances are on FDA's Category 2 list or have no FDA-approved form and no compounding pathway. Each page explains the FDA status and the research. They are not offered as treatments.

CJC-1295 & Ipamorelin

A commonly marketed growth hormone peptide pairing with no FDA-approved form. The regulatory record and the evidence for using the combination are separate questions.

MK-677 (Ibutamoren)

An oral growth hormone secretagogue that FDA lists in Category 2. It is not FDA-approved; the available research is limited and does not establish a longevity benefit.

Dihexa

An experimental compound studied in animals for memory. It is not FDA-approved, has no compounding pathway, and has no controlled human-trial evidence.

Cerebrolysin

A brain-derived peptide preparation sold abroad but not approved in the U.S. Most of the human research concerns acute stroke, with no clear benefit on death or dependency.

P-21

An experimental compound studied in animal models of Alzheimer's disease. It is not FDA-approved, and no human trials have been published.

Ipamorelin

GHRP-2

A growth hormone releasing peptide on FDA's Category 2 list for 503B compounding. It is not FDA-approved, and its human evidence is limited to short-term physiology studies.

GHRP-6

A growth hormone releasing peptide on FDA's Category 2 list for 503B compounding. It is not FDA-approved; the clearest human effect is increased growth hormone and appetite.

IGF-1 LR3

A long-acting research analog of IGF-1 with no FDA-approved form. It has no human clinical-trial evidence; the approved IGF-1 drug is a different molecule.

Kisspeptin

A reproductive-hormone peptide that FDA lists in Category 2 for 503A compounding. It is not FDA-approved, and the human research belongs mainly to reproductive endocrinology.
