What does the $88 evaluation include?
A 1-on-1 physician evaluation with Dr. Charles Kamen, MD — in person in Las Vegas or by secure telehealth anywhere in Nevada. The $88 is applied directly toward your care if you continue. No pressure to start a protocol.
Is the $88 really applied to my treatment?
Yes — if you continue with a protocol, the $88 goes toward your care. If you are not a fit or choose not to continue, there is no further obligation.
Do you accept insurance, HSA, or FSA?
LiveNow Longevity is self-pay, which keeps your care physician-led and transparent. HSA and FSA payments are accepted, and an itemized superbill is available on request.
Do I need labs before I book?
No — book the evaluation first. If labs are appropriate, Dr. Kamen orders them as part of building your plan. You will not be asked for prior labs to schedule.
Can I do this by telehealth in my county?
Yes. Nevada residents can complete the evaluation by secure telemedicine statewide — Las Vegas, Henderson, Reno, Carson City, and beyond. Some treatments later require an in-person visit.
How do I reschedule or cancel?

Is this a med-spa or a real medical practice?
