No Physician-Patient Relationship

Using this website, reading its content, submitting a booking request, or communicating with our office through online forms, chat, email, or text does not create a physician-patient relationship. That relationship is formed only after a physician evaluation, including your consent to care, completed in person or by telehealth with a Nevada-licensed physician.

No Guaranteed Results

Responses to any therapy vary from person to person. Nothing on this site is a promise, guarantee, or prediction of a specific outcome. Where clinical trial results are cited, they describe study populations — not what any individual patient should expect.

Emergencies

This website is not monitored for medical emergencies and is not an urgent-care or emergency service. If you have a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room immediately. If you are in crisis, call or text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline).

Booking, Third-Party Services, and Payments

Appointment scheduling and payment processing are provided by third-party platforms (including Carepatron and its payment processors). Their terms and privacy policies govern those services. Fees for our services are described at booking; the new- patient evaluation is charged at the time of booking and is refundable up to 24 hours before your scheduled visit.

Telehealth

Telehealth services are available only to patients physically located in Nevada at the time of the visit, consistent with Nevada medical licensure and telehealth law. Telehealth has limitations compared with in-person examination, and a physician may determine that an in-person visit is required.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse this site: no scraping or automated data collection without permission, no attempting to breach security, no submitting false information, and no use of the site in violation of applicable law.

Intellectual Property

The content, design, and materials on this site are owned by or licensed to LiveNow Longevity and are protected by copyright and other laws. You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial use. Republishing or commercial use without written permission is prohibited.

Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability

The website is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, LiveNow Longevity is not liable for damages arising from your use of, or reliance on, the website or its content. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from use of this website shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada.

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always posted on this page with its effective date. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
