Four Parts of the Cost

This is the fee for the evaluation appointment. It does not include ongoing management, laboratory testing, or medications.
Ongoing management: separate charge - labs included
Request the exact fee, billing frequency, follow-up visits included, and any charges for visits outside that arrangement. The amount is not published here. Lab testing is included in this fee - you are not billed per test during ongoing care.
Laboratory testing: included in ongoing management
Lab testing is included in the ongoing management fee once care starts - no separate per-test lab billing. The $88 evaluation itself does not include lab testing.
Medications: separate charge

There is no single monthly price for peptide therapy here. A month of care has two parts: the ongoing management charge, which includes lab testing, and the medication you are prescribed, plus any supplies or shipping quoted with it. None of these amounts is published on this page. Medication cost depends on what is prescribed, in what quantity, and for how long. The $88 evaluation is a one-time fee, not a monthly charge.
