Summerlin patient access

Peptide care for Summerlin patients

LiveNow Longevity serves Summerlin from our Las Vegas clinic at 9975 S Eastern Ave, Suite 130, with eligible Nevada telehealth visits. Start with an $88 physician evaluation with Dr. Charles Kamen, MD.

Evaluation fee only; labs, medications and ongoing management are separate. Treatment depends on the physician’s assessment.

Choose how to meet with the physician

If you are comparing peptide clinics in Summerlin, first decide whether you need a practice physically in the neighborhood or can use a clinic elsewhere in the valley. LiveNow does not have a Summerlin office. This guide helps you plan access to our South Eastern Avenue practice before booking or making the trip.

Eligible video visits

Ask about Nevada telehealth

You must be physically in Nevada for your video visit. Confirm that telehealth fits the appointment you need, including any exam or follow-up requirements.

A video visit cannot perform a blood draw or hands-on examination. The physician will determine whether further assessment is needed.

Choose an appointment

Make the cross-valley visit count

Before you leave Summerlin, confirm the appointment format, location and time in your booking details. If your schedule changes, contact the clinic before traveling. Ask about parking or accessibility arrangements if you need specific assistance.

  1. Clarify the purpose of the appointment. Tell the clinic whether you are arranging an initial evaluation, discussing lab results or requesting a follow-up. Ask whether anything must be completed before that visit.
  2. Prepare your medical history. Have your current medications, supplements, relevant conditions and questions ready. If another practice holds records you want considered, ask how to provide them through approved intake.
  3. Confirm lab arrangements before booking a draw. Ask which tests are requested, where the order can be completed, whether preparation is needed, who receives the results and what the testing will cost. Do not assume a local draw site accepts an order or that a lab visit is included in your evaluation.
  4. Plan the next conversation. Ask when to discuss results, whether that appointment can be remote and whether it has a separate fee. This helps you understand the number of visits before arranging more travel.

Use phone or the booking page for scheduling questions. Ask for the clinic’s approved process before sending medical records; avoid including private health details in a general website message.

Separate the first visit from ongoing costs

The initial physician evaluation costs $88, credited toward your plan if you continue. It is a medical assessment, and a prescription or ongoing treatment is not guaranteed.

Initial evaluation
$88. Confirm how the credit applies if you continue care.
Lab testing
Separate. Ask about baseline testing, repeat testing and who bills for each.
Medication
Separate, if prescribed. Ask about the specific medication, quantity, supplies and delivery charges.
Ongoing management
Separate. Confirm follow-up fees, payment frequency and any renewal or cancellation terms.

LiveNow is a cash-pay practice. When comparing self-pay care with an insurance option, check the other provider’s covered services, network status, deductible and copay alongside the full self-pay estimate. Insurance acceptance alone does not tell you what a particular treatment will cost.

Request an itemized estimate for the care being scheduled, including the initial evaluation. See peptide care costs and payments and billing for the clinic’s published information.

Summerlin appointment questions

Does LiveNow Longevity have a Summerlin office?

No. We serve Summerlin patients from our clinic at 9975 S Eastern Ave, Suite 130, Las Vegas, NV 89183. Eligible Nevada telehealth visits are also available. Use the clinic’s actual address when planning an in-person visit.

Can I arrange a video evaluation from Summerlin?

Yes, eligible visits can take place by telehealth while you are physically in Nevada. Confirm the appointment format when booking. The physician may recommend an in-person assessment or additional information before making a treatment decision; a video appointment does not guarantee a prescription.

Do I need to drive across the valley for lab work?

Confirm the required tests and collection arrangements with the clinic before scheduling a draw or traveling. Ask which collection location can fulfill your order, whether preparation is needed, how results will reach the physician, and what the lab will charge. A telehealth booking alone does not confirm a Summerlin lab appointment.

Is the $88 evaluation the total price of peptide therapy?

No. The $88 fee is for the initial physician evaluation and is credited toward your plan if you continue. Lab testing, medication and ongoing management are separate costs. Your total depends on the evaluation and proposed care; request an itemized estimate before agreeing to additional services.

Can I bring results or prescriptions from another clinic?

Tell the clinic that you have existing results or prescriptions and ask how to provide them through the approved intake process. The physician determines what information is relevant and whether additional testing is needed. Bringing a prescription does not guarantee that it will be continued.
