Privacy Policy
Effective date: August 14, 2026.This policy explains how LiveNow Longevity (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use our website (livenowlongevity.com) and our services. It also describes your rights under Nevada law and how we treat consumer health data.
Who We Are
LiveNow Longevity is a physician-led longevity and peptide therapy practice located at 9975 S Eastern Ave Ste 130, Las Vegas, NV 89183. You can reach us at (702) 808-2650 or info@livenowlongevity.com.
Information We Collect
Information you give us directly. When you book a consultation, fill out a form, take an eligibility quiz, or message us, we collect your name, email address, phone number, and the general wellness goal you tell us about (for example “weight loss,” “energy & longevity,” or “recovery”). Our website forms deliberately do not ask for symptoms, diagnoses, or medical history — that information is collected later, inside our secure patient systems, only after you become a patient.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we receive standard technical data: IP address, browser type and version, device type, referring page, and pages visited. This is used for analytics and security.
Third-party scheduling.Booking and payment take place inside Carepatron, our third-party scheduling and payments platform. Information you enter there is governed by Carepatron’s own privacy policy and our Business Associate Agreement with them.
How We Use Your Information
We use your information to provide medical services, schedule appointments, respond to booking requests, send messages you have asked for (appointment confirmations, regulatory-change alerts you subscribe to, or educational emails you opted into), and improve our website and services. We do not sell your personal information to third parties, and we do not share it for third-party advertising purposes.
Text Messages and Email (Consent and Opt-Out)
If you check the optional SMS consent box when requesting an appointment, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing and appointment-reminder texts from us. Consent is not a condition of booking; message and data rates may apply; frequency varies; reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help. Email updates can be unsubscribed with one click at any time using the link in every email we send. Human replies about a booking request you initiated are transactional messages about that request.
How We Share Information
We share information only with service providers who help us operate, and only as needed to perform their function:
- Upstash Redis — stores lead and consent records (name, contact info, consent proof) so we can respond to your request and honor your opt-outs.
- Resend — sends email on our behalf (clinic notifications and emails you opted into).
- Meta (Facebook) Pixel and Conversions API — website analytics and ad-measurement. We send Meta your IP address, browser user-agent, and advertising cookies — never your name, phone number, or email.
- Google Analytics 4 — website usage statistics. Analytics is configured so health-related engagement events are not used for advertising audiences or personalization.
- Carepatron — scheduling, patient records, and payment processing for booked appointments (covered by a Business Associate Agreement).
- ntfy push notifications— when you submit a booking request, an alert containing your name and phone number is pushed to the physician-owner’s phone so the front desk can respond quickly. The alert travels through the ntfy.sh service under an unguessable topic name and is pre-patient marketing data, not protected health information.
- Chat widget — our chat assistant is hosted on our own Vercel account; conversations you start there are stored with the lead record.
We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect our rights, or in connection with a sale or transfer of the practice (with notice to you where required).
Consumer Health Data (Nevada SB 370)
Nevada law (NRS 603A.400 to 603A.640) regulates “consumer health data.” The only health-adjacent information our website itself collects before you become a patient is the general wellness goal you voluntarily select on a form (for example “weight loss”). We collect it only to route your request to the right conversation; we do not use it for targeted advertising; we do not sell it; and you can ask us to delete it at any time. Once you become a patient, your health information is protected under HIPAA (below) rather than this section.
Your Nevada Privacy Rights (NRS 603A)
Nevada residents may: (1) submit a verified request to know what personal information we have collected about them; (2) request deletion of their personal information; and (3) opt out of the sale of personal information (we do not sell personal information, so no opt-out is needed). To make a request, email info@livenowlongevity.com or call (702) 808-2650. We will respond within the timeframes Nevada law requires. We do not discriminate against anyone for exercising these rights.
HIPAA Compliance
LiveNow Longevity is committed to HIPAA compliance. Once you become a patient, your protected health information is safeguarded under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act and our Notice of Privacy Practices, which you receive at your first visit. Information you submit through the public website before becoming a patient is pre-patient contact data and is described in the sections above.
Data Retention
Website lead records are kept only as long as needed to respond to your request and maintain consent records, after which they are deleted or anonymized. Patient records are retained for the period Nevada law requires for medical records.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we make material changes we will post the revised policy here with a new effective date and, where required, notify you by email or on the website. Please check back periodically.
Children’s Privacy
Our services are directed to adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
