LiveNow Longevity is a physician-led clinic in Las Vegas offering longevity and wellness care to adults, plus telehealth for Nevada residents. Care is directed by Dr. Charles Kamen, MD, board-certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology.
Every service starts with an $88 physician evaluation — history, examination, and the lab work your situation calls for. Protocols are built from those findings rather than from a menu, and medications are billed at pass-through pharmacy cost with no markup.
What we offer
Peptide Therapy
Physician-guided peptide protocols for recovery and general wellness, prescribed after evaluation and sourced through licensed US compounding pharmacies.
Weight Management
Medically supervised weight management, including GLP-1 medication management where clinically appropriate, with lab work and scheduled follow-up.
NAD+ Therapy
NAD+ infusions administered in the Las Vegas clinic under physician supervision, with oral precursor protocols for maintenance.
Longevity Medicine
Biomarker-led longevity care: baseline labs, an individualized protocol, and repeat testing to see whether it actually moved anything.
Regenerative Medicine

Where do I start?
Every service here begins the same way: an $88 physician evaluation with Dr. Charles Kamen, MD. That visit covers your history, an examination, and whatever lab work is indicated, and the $88 is credited toward your protocol if you continue care. Nothing is prescribed or administered before that evaluation.
Why are protocol prices not listed on each service page?
Because a responsible plan is built around your medical findings, and a flat published number would misrepresent that. Medications and peptides are billed separately at pass-through cost from the licensed compounding pharmacy, with no markup. Walk-in IV infusions are the exception and are priced from $299.
Do you offer stem cell or exosome therapy?
No. LiveNow Longevity does not offer, sell, administer, or arrange stem cell therapy or exosome therapy, and does not refer patients to clinics that do. No exosome product has FDA approval, and the only FDA-approved stem cell products are cord blood–derived hematopoietic progenitor cells used in transplant medicine for disorders of the blood and immune system.
Is telehealth available?
Yes, for Nevada residents, and generally for follow-up and maintenance rather than for a first visit. Infusions and any in-person procedure are performed at the Las Vegas clinic.
